Solicitation / Unsolicited Messages
We have a zero-tolerance policy for sending, sharing, or spreading unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotions within our community.
NSFW/Sensitive Content
All content within our communities and services must be handled with respect. While we maintain a more relaxed moderation approach, we still expect all participants to act responsibly and respectfully when submitting or uploading content to our platforms.
Computer Fraud & Abuse
Our network prioritizes the security and well-being of our community, affiliates, partners, and staff. Any attempts at fraud within our communities or through our services will be taken seriously and may result in legal action. Additionally, we do not condone the misuse of software or hardware, including but not limited to bug exploitation, modding, cheating, or DDoS attempts. Such activities will lead to consequences.
Impersonation of Staff/Representative
Any attempt to impersonate an individual representing our network, services, or communities with the intent to deceive will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, content creators, staff members, and management.
Hate Speech
Hate speech or hateful media of any kind will not be tolerated. Our community welcomes everyone, and no individual should be made to feel otherwise
LGBTQ+ & Gender Identity Respect
Discrimination, harassment, slurs, or targeted disrespect toward LGBTQ+ individuals, transgender individuals, or anyone based on gender identity or sexual orientation will not be tolerated. This includes intentionally misgendering others, mocking pronouns, encouraging exclusion, or using identity-based language to insult, provoke, or harass members of our community. Everyone is expected to interact with others respectfully, regardless of personal beliefs.
Proxies, VPNs, and IP Masking
The use of proxies, VPNs, or any other form of IP masking is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by the Development team.
Abuse of Exploits
The use of exploits to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt our services is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, bug abuse, game manipulation, and unauthorized modifications. If an exploit is found, it must be reported to the FadeSMP developers. Failure to do so may result in consequences.
Ban Transparency
Ban reasons will be provided; however, additional details will not be disclosed to protect the security and integrity of our network. Exceptions may be made at management's discretion.
Blacklist Policy
If you are blacklisted from our network, you are strictly prohibited from evading the ban or playing on an alternate account. Any attempts to do so may result in further consequences, including an association ban for those you play with.
DOXXING (Release of otherwise personal information)
Doxxing is the release of otherwise personal information with malicious intent; this information does not need to be private, rather, the information just needs to be unknown in the current environment the information. The information being shared in these situations is normally private but can also be publicly available within other communities. EXAMPLE: Sharing someone's real name, age, social media, etc. within our community would be considered doxxing as you're introducing information to the community that wouldn't have been openly available without a bit of research beforehand. However, it would not be considered doxxing if the social media and/or information being shared is somehow linked to our community (such as having your social media linked to your Discord account).
